To use for a massage, apply oil onto palms of hands or directly onto skin and massage until absorbed. To use in a bath, add a few drops of oil to warm water. Add more if desired. Use sparingly – a few drops go a long way!

Amazing first impression

After reading reviews on Facebook I decided to give the PureXtracts starter pack a try. I suffer with arthritis in my big toe and my thumbs. I applied the Turmeric Massage Oil to my toe and thumbs before going to bed and the next morning the pain had gone from my toe and the pain in my major thumb joints was less than normal. By applying the oil several times throughout the day the pain in my thumb joints is now minimal. You only need a small drop of oil on each application and it rubs in and is not greasy. I’m very happy that I decided to give the oil a try and I will be ordering again.

Relieves pain and discomfort

I have used the turmeric and lavender oil on my knees, it has reduced swelling and therefore the pain. Absolutely recommend you try it!

Pleased to have tried it

Happy with my purchase. A starter bottle is a good idea and the price reasonable, especially as postage was free. I chose lemongrass as I use it in the morning rather than at night, so energising is better than sleep-inducing. It has a slightly earthy smell, is very easy to apply and has not stained my clothing. I would say it has helped, though is not a magic bullet. For anyone with a sensitive digestion, making internal turmeric supplements tricky, this is definitely worth a try.
