Brought starter pack of 3 turmeric oils as have arthritis in my knees and wanted to stop taking over the counter medication. Seems to help so brought the larger bottle of lemon grass. I do apply morning & evening .Lovely smell too. Also helps my hands too when rubbing in so a bonus there too.

Smells lovely, refreshing, moisturising and cooling. Using it frequently in this hot weather

This rose water has a delicious scent and a fine spray. Lovely and cooling as a spritz on my face and back of neck in the current heatwaves. My husband is using it too.

I find this oil helps with the pain in both my knees.it certainly allows me to be able to walk a bit more.i do recommend it.it is well worth a try
