Turmeric Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Cardamom Seed Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Clove Bud Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Maltose, Nutmeg Extract.

Our 7 Spice Blend is highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.

I take this daily and think it really helps my osteoarthritis, I rarely take any ibuprofen now which has to be good !

Great spice mix

I take an eighth of a teaspoon in a little water in the morning. I’ve just started this so too early to comment on any noticeable results.

7 Spice Sachets

I've been adding a sachet to my bottle of water since the start of the month. I don't sleep well and was feeling tired and lethargic, but since using the Sachets, although my sleep is still poor, I'm feeling much less tired during the day. I've also not been "dropping off " for a snooze in the middle of the day, which is a relief. I also like the taste much more than I thought I would!!

Good early impressions

I’ve not been using it for long but it certainly peps up the flavour of my morning porridge and I do think I feel less lethargic for having it. Will certainly continue with it. Impressed by how little you need to use.
