Simple Spaghetti – the easiest spaghetti you will ever make. Takes 10 minutes, budget-friendly, with simple, healthy ingredients for a quick mid-week supper!
Ingredients
- 250g spaghetti (cooked in sea salt)
- 1 large tomato (roughly chopped)
- 3 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 green chilli (optional)
- 1/4 tsp of PureXtracts Ginger Dry Extract
- 2tbsp butter
- Handful of basil
- Handful of chopped parsley (optional)
Method
- Heat the butter in a pan over a low-medium heat
- Add the crushed garlic and chilli (optional) and fry for 1 minute
- Add basil and fry for another 10 seconds
- Add 2-4tbsp of water and stir
- Add Ginger Dry Extract, mix well quickly for another 3-5 seconds
- Add boiled spaghetti (with a tiny bit of its own water) and mix well for 1 minute
- Add sea salt to taste
- Turn off the heat
- Add tomatoes and chopped parsley
- Serve and enjoy!
