A quick & simple recipe for a warm afternoon made with fresh mangoes, yoghurt & cardamom extract. Everyone in the family will love this one!
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Serves: 2-4
Ingredients:
1-2 Fresh Mangoes (we like sweet mangoes from Asia like Alphonso)
400 gm Strained or greek style yoghurt
1/4 tsp Cardamom Extract
Honey or maple syrup (optional)
Method:
- Peel mangoes and cut them to pieces
- In a separate bowl, add cardamom extract to the yoghurt
- Now gently mix mangoes in the yoghurt
- Add honey or maple syrup if needed (optional)
