It has basically changed my life!

Turmeric dry extract

The product arrived quickly and is easy to use. I just dissolve it in some water and drink before I go to bed. I haven’t been taking it long but I’m using this alongside exercises from my physio for back pain and sciatica. The condition is definitely improving so I’m pleased.

I’ve been using this product for a week now. I either add one to my breakfast smoothie or dissolve it in a small amount of orange juice. The product adds a lovely subtle warming taste to the smoothies which I quite like. To be honest I’m not sure if it’s doing anything but I will carry on using them as suggested.
