Cinnamon Apple Sticks

 

These apple sticks make the perfect snack for general snacking or as part of a packed lunch. No additives, no preservatives, no added sugar or salt – a natural, healthy snack. And they're great for the whole family, not just the kids!

Method

  • Core your apples and cut them into thin sticks, similar to French fries!
  • Put the sticks in a small bowl, add the lemon juice and cinnamon extract. 
  • Toss the ingredients together with a spoon and serve immediately.
  • Tip: instead of serving immediately, place the sticks in an airtight container and enjoy with a packed lunch!
