A little goes a long way
Excellent spice mix. Very fine powder mixes well in stews & soups, I find the flavour too overpowering in porridge.
Since using the spice mix and the Tumeric massage oil, I feel my knee pain has improved. I hope with prolonged use, I will see even more improvement.

My 96 year old mother has 2 collapsed vertebrae in her spine which cause her excruciating pain and her pain medication was not effective. I saw an advert for the massage oil, read loads of reviews and decided to try it.
The first time mum used it within minutes she noticed a difference. Over a few weeks she was able to come off most of her other pain medication and just rely on the massage oil, back pain gel, and paracetamol. It is amazing stuff but, like all medicines, there will be people for whom it doesn't work. We have recommended it to several friends & acquaintances for almost all of whom it has given pain relief.

Seems to work
I have been using turmeric massage oil on my knee for two weeks,. It seemed to help from day one and now is much better than it has been for the past two months. I've also rubbed it into the base of my thumbs where I get arthritis stiffness and pain. I will certainly be buying some more. It is not greasy and rubs into your skin well, not messy at all.

Like many I have severe arthritus. Was never thinking this would be a miracle cure, but it sure does help. I put a few drops on morning and night and it allows me to be more active and take the dog for longer walks without the constant nagging pain. You have to try it. What can you loose
