A beautiful energising mixture of seven warming spices. An exotic and tasty blend for meat and fish, smoothies, yoghurt and porridge. A tasty energising blend can be taken any time of the day, we personally love it over our morning cereal or apple juice!

Please note this is a 20 grams sachet (& not a glass jar) which is a 2-3 months supply. Our extracts are made from kilos of botanical compacted into these small sachets which is the whole concept behind our extracts.

Add 1/8-1/4 teaspoon to any drink or sprinkle over food. Avoid using boiling water. Can be taken any time of the day.

Turmeric Root Extract, Black Pepper Extract, Cardamom Seed Extract, Cinnamon Extract, Clove Bud Extract, Ginger Root Extract, Maltose, Nutmeg Extract.

Our 7 Spice Blend is highly concentrated, so we blend it with natural maltose (found in a wide range of fruits and vegetables) to make it suitable for home consumption.

Convenient for travel and very effective for overall health. I love the packaging and exact dosage. I think my cold improved as a result of these daily shots.

Good early impressions

I’ve not been using it for long but it certainly peps up the flavour of my morning porridge and I do think I feel less lethargic for having it. Will certainly continue with it. Impressed by how little you need to use.

The seven spice blend is lovely, quite strong so I probably use less than 1/8 of a teaspoon in my porridge in the morning. It is yummy with honey, nuts and blueberries and a little milk. My favourite meal.

Fantastic

Wouldn’t be without this. I take it daily as well as Turmeric and Cinnamon. Can’t explain exactly what they do for me, but I know I feel sluggish and tired if I forget. I leave them near the fridge so I think about what I can add them to when I rummaging in there.
