PureRewards is a FREE to join rewards scheme where you can earn points every time you make a purchase on our website. Simply sign up to the programme by clicking on 'My Rewards' in the menu.
Alternatively, just make an account when prompted while placing your order and the points will be automatically credited to your account.
There are many ways to earn points:
- Sign up to the PureRewards programme (it's free to join!) and receive 100 points
- For every £1 spent, earn 5 points. For example, £20 spend will earn you 100 points.
- Like us on Facebook, earn 50 points
- Follow us on TikTok and Instagram, earn 50 points for each social media page
- Tell us your birthday, earn 200 points to spend on your birthday! (birthday must be entered at least 30 days in advance to receive points)
- Leave a review on individual product page, google page or Facebook page and as a thank-you we will credit 200 points for your review
Spending your points is easy and there are many ways to spend points:
- Order discount: 100 points are worth £1
- Free shipping coupon: 250 points
- 10% off coupon: 400 points
- 15% off coupon: 700 points
- £5 off coupon: 450 points
- £10 off coupon: 900 points
- £25 off coupon: 2,000 points
Please note that currently you cannot automatically spend points on subscription orders (you do automatically collect points on subscriptions). If you wish to spend points on a subscription order, please contact us and we will help you out. Please note that you cannot spend reward points on your first subscription order and you cannot spend % off coupons on subscription.
NOTE: We launched a refreshed PureRewads rewards scheme in beginning of Jan 2023 which means we had to migrate your data from the old platform to a new & improved one.
Unfortunately due to restriction of personal data, we are unable to move your points history to the new platform & you will see your total balance with description 'Points awarded by points import'. But be rest assured, all your points have been migrated and you haven't lost any points or vouchers you were issued. You can view your vouchers in your email. If you want history of your points or vouchers, you can always contact us and we can email you the history.
VIP TIERS
From 1st Jan 2023 we are introducing VIP tiers to reward our most loyal customers. They will earn additional vouchers as they spend more with us. Your tier status will reset to Bronze every 1st Jan.
