The small 10ml turmeric oil bottles are good for trying out the different blends, and for travelling. I also like to pass some onto others to try. It goes a long way, and last well.
I have noticed a big difference when used on my arthritic big toe when it flares up; and my father also says it helps his painful arthritc knees. I have had a painful shoulder recently and it does give some relief on this too, especially at the end of the day before bed.
I do find it difficult to 'shake' the drops out sometimes when it's cold, and I try to remember to warm the bottle up in my palm first, as this helps.
Do take care to rub all the oil into the skin, or wipe any excess off, as it will otherwise stain fabrics.

This is an excellent product, white and pure, with a wonderful, strong cinnamon smell. I sprinkle a small amount on my breakfast yoghurt, knowing that the extract will regulate my blood sugar and even help prevent Alzheimer's! Result! It tastes pretty good as well and there is no comparison whatsoever with the brown version bought in a shop.Highly recommend the product and the company.
This was my second purchase and one for a friend who is trying it for the first time! If it works as well as it does for me she'll be back for more too.
I will be re ordering. Putting this on my knees and hands and actually whatever feels sore. It is wonderful stuff and I was skeptical. Love the jasmine fragrances one but will try others. Highly recommend
